A video of two Tong Bei students training. The jump spin kick isn’t  really a Tong Bei skill, but the rest is some basic Tong Bei training. The cinematographer couldn’t resist adding the kick because it looks cool.

A little bit of a retrospective of our performances from 2009-2013 with clips from practises and performances taken from various people. Hopefully it gives a little bit of a sense of what we do. Hopefully we will have any updated version of this video soon.
